Leadership

David Jones - President - Stirling Advisory Group

David brings over 18 years of commercial real estate development experience and while serving as Director-Projects & Acquisitions for BGI Group, he has maintained a strong focus on market due diligence, site acquisitions, strategic land use planning, creative deal structuring, and the sourcing of private equity for a wide range of projects within Canadian and U.S. markets. 


David was also responsible for establishing a leading commercial financing team for one of Canada's largest mortgage lenders, is currently in the process of obtaining his CCIM designation and guides the overall focus of the Stirling Advisory Group Consortium.

Ian Jones MRICS - President - BGI Group

Ian calls upon over 50 years of highly specialized experience and has been instrumental in producing over 21 million square feet of large scale projects of varying asset classes. He brings a wide breadth of experience encompassing all areas of the Construction, Design, and Development disciplines.


Ian is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor member of the RICS (London/ New York / Toronto  http://www.rics.org/ca/ ), formed in 1792 and has 118,000 members worldwide. BGI either carries out or oversees development services and develop management services for clients of Stirling Advisory Group.

Chris Nelson - President - REICO

Chris brings over 20 years of commercial investment and financing experience, furthering his interests in 2007 by establishing The Real Estate Investment Company of Ontario (REICO) to become the centralized hub for over 2000 real estate investors seeking creative mortgage financing solutions and investment properties. 


Chris also serves as ICI Associate Director for the Commercial Division of iPro Realty Ltd., Brokerage, holds a commercial mortgage agent license and utilizes his experience, resources and networks to help clients purchase, sell, finance or refinance commercial real assets.
